Scrplay Malaysia Platform Terms and Conditions

To register a scrplay account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a legally competent individual capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.
• Not be located in a region or jurisdiction where the use of the scrplay platform is prohibited by local law.
• Not have been previously suspended or banned from using the scrplay platform.

Each individual is only permitted to register one account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in the freezing of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

Scrplay reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time for compliance purposes. Members must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information during registration and throughout their membership. False or misleading information may result in immediate account closure.

Scrplay provides a range of deposit and withdrawal methods suited for Malaysian players, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, ShopeePay, GrabPay, and local bank transfers. All financial transactions are subject to the following rules:

• The minimum deposit per transaction is RM 10. No daily maximum deposit limit is set for regular members, while different limits may apply to certain VIP tiers.
• All deposits and withdrawals must use a payment method registered in the same member's name. Payments by or to third parties are not accepted.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the deposit. This is a security measure to prevent money laundering.
• Scrplay processes withdrawals within 5 minutes for standard transactions. Withdrawals requiring additional security review may take up to 24 hours.
• Scrplay reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals for security review, legal compliance, or investigation of suspicious activity.

Scrplay offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. Each bonus offer is subject to specific conditions stated in the relevant promotion terms. The following general rules apply to all scrplay bonuses:

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once by each eligible new member.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before withdrawals are permitted. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiple of the bonus value — for example, a RM 100 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place a total of RM 1,000 in bets before withdrawing the bonus funds.
• Only wagers placed using bonus funds count toward meeting wagering requirements, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Unused bonuses that expire within the stipulated validity period will be automatically forfeited.

The scrplay VIP Program has its own terms and benefits, which are described in detail on the scrplay VIP. VIP membership is non-transferable and VIP privileges will be forfeited if an account is closed due to terms violations.

The scrplay platform provides a fair and secure gaming environment for all members. To maintain the integrity of the platform, all members must comply with the following rules without exception:

• The use of bots, automated scripts, AI software, or any technological tools that provide an unfair advantage in gameplay is strictly prohibited.
• Members are prohibited from colluding or cooperating with other members to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in multiplayer games.
• Exploiting bugs, system vulnerabilities, or technical errors to gain unauthorised advantages is strictly prohibited. Any member who discovers a bug must report it to the scrplay team immediately.
• All scrplay Live Casino games have specific rules set by the respective game providers. Members are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.
• Scrplay's game system decisions are final. However, members may submit a written appeal to the scrplay support team within 48 hours if there is any doubt regarding a game outcome.

All scrplay slot and fish shooting games use a random number generator (RNG) that has been certified by an internationally accredited independent auditing body. The return-to-player (RTP) rate for each slot game is available for members to view on the respective game information page.

Account security is a shared responsibility between scrplay and its members. scrplay employs 256-bit SSL encryption and two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect member accounts. Members, in turn, are responsible for:

• Keep your password confidential and never share your login details with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Report any suspicious activity or unauthorized access to the scrplay support team immediately.
• Ensure that the personal information in your account is always up to date and accurate.

Scrplay shall not be liable for any financial loss or damage arising from unauthorised access resulting from a member's own negligence in securing their account. If a member suspects their account has been compromised, please contact the scrplay support team immediately to request a temporary account freeze.

Scrplay is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all members in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). The collection, use, and storage of members' personal data is fully governed by scrplay Privacy Policy which forms part of these terms.

• Members' personal data is collected only for legitimate purposes related to the operation of the scrplay platform.
• Scrplay will not sell, rent, or disclose members' personal data to third parties without member consent, except as required by law.
• All member financial data is processed using bank-grade encryption and stored on secure servers.
• Members have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting the scrplay team directly.

Scrplay reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Registration using false information or misrepresentation of identity.
• Use of bots, automated software, or cheating methods in gameplay.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of promotions.
• Conduct that violates the law or harms other members or the integrity of the platform.

Members may also close their account at any time by contacting the scrplay support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any valid remaining balance (excluding bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the member via the original payment method.

For the purposes of the Responsible Gaming, members may request a temporary account suspension or self-exclusion at any time by contacting the scrplay support team.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, scrplay and its directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of the scrplay platform.
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical failures beyond scrplay's control, or interruptions to a member's internet connection.
• Losses arising from a member's own negligence in maintaining account security.
• Any losses arising from fair and legitimate game outcomes based on a verified RNG system.
• Changes in laws or regulations affecting the availability of scrplay services in certain regions.

Scrplay's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Scrplay is committed to resolving any disputes with members fairly, transparently, and within a reasonable timeframe. The scrplay dispute resolution procedure is as follows:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: In the event of any dispute, members must first contact the scrplay support team via Live Chat or email within 48 hours of the incident.
• Step 2 — Internal Review: The scrplay team will review the case and respond within 5 business days. All internal review decisions are subject to a comprehensive system log audit.
• Step 3 — Appeal: If a member is unsatisfied with the internal review decision, a written appeal may be submitted to scrplay management within 14 days of the internal review decision date.

Scrplay's final decision on any dispute relating to game outcomes, bonuses, or financial transactions is conclusive and binding on both parties.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.
